I agree… this is a good Dad. But honestly, I can’t imagine reacting any other way. After all, it’s nothing but a baseball. I’m a big baseball fan… but unless it was a very special ball, like a record-breaking home run or something, you’d just have to laugh and make sure your little one wasn’t too upset when she realized he or she may have made a mistake. And if it WAS a super valuable ball? Well, it certainly isn’t as valuable as a loved one. Besides… if I catch a valuable baseball, I’m not going to let anyone touch it!!
